Information required:
Fill out this form and send either via email or US mail, along with your case caption (either in Word or as a PDF).

Otherwise, attach your Word or PDF case caption and include this information: specific court date, judge, courtroom, type of hearing; requested due date, and notation if appeal certificates are required.

Send us a DVD of your recording, or we can request it from the court for you (in most cases).

Once your request is received, we will contact you with a deposit amount and date of estimated completion.

How much will it cost?
Court transcripts average about a page a minute of recording. We charge only allowable statutory fees per page for regular turnaround time.

Each client's recording is individual and will be priced according to our fee schedule.

Unusual circumstances and recordings may require higher charges and are discussed with you on a case-by-case basis:

•	Audios with background noise
•	Audios with people speaking over one another
•	Audios with low-speaking, difficult voices
•	Audios that are poorly recorded audio/video
•	Audios with thick accents
•	Audios with medical or scientific terminology which require research
